A Rhaea Hope is hiring a part-time remote therapist with credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Master’s Social Worker, Licensed Graduate Social Worker, or Licensed Graduated Professional. to join our team. We seek a compassionate and experienced Relationship and Interpersonal Dynamics Therapist who will provide therapy to individuals facing challenges in their relationships, including friendships, workplace dynamics, romantic partnerships, and navigating singleness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health therapy, focusing on helping clients improve their interpersonal skills, build healthier relationships, and achieve personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct remote individual therapy sessions focused on relationship issues, including friendships, workplace dynamics, romantic relationships, and singleness.
Facilitate classes for individuals that focus on navigating singleness, forming and maintaining both platonic and romantic relationships, and addressing the complexities of these connections
Develop personalized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients improve their communication skills, manage conflicts, and foster healthy relationships.
Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and experiences.
Offer practical strategies and tools to help clients overcome barriers to forming and maintaining positive relationships.
Collaborate with other therapists and mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Position Requirments:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Master’s Social Worker, or Licensed Graduate Social Worker
Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing therapy, with a focus on relationship and interpersonal issues preferred.
Strong understanding of the psychological and social factors affecting relationships and interpersonal dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to create a warm and empathetic therapeutic environment.
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
Candidate must reside in Virginia, District of Columbia, and Maryland.
Maintain a caseload of 12-15 clients.
