Job Summary:
We are hiring a part-time remote Financial Social Worker to provide clients with comprehensive financial counseling and education to enhance their financial well-being. This role involves assessing clients' financial situations, identifying challenges, and creating individualized plans to address issues such as debt, budgeting, and financial literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial assessments and create personalized financial plans.

• Educate clients on budgeting, saving, credit management, and debt reduction.

• Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support.

• Track client progress and adjust plans as needed.

• Develop and teach financial literacy classes to diverse groups, including individuals, families, and community organizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Finance, or related field.

• Certification in Financial Social Work or related credential preferred.

• Strong understanding of financial management and social work principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
