What is therapy like?

We accept Self-Pay, HSA, Anthem BCBS, Optum (United Healthcare), and Cigna.

Out-of-network reimbursement?

Many insurances provide reimbursement for out-of-network services. You would pay the full fee at the time of service, and at the end of the month, we will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your insurance company. Below are some helpful questions for you to ask your insurance provider.

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

  • Is there a separate deductible I must meet before I am covered by out-of-network benefits?

  • How much will I be reimbursed for sessions?

  • What forms do I need to submit to qualify for reimbursement?

How do I schedule an appointment?

To make an appointment, please email us at hello@arhaeahope.com or fill out a Contact Us form, and we will contact you within 48 business hours.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Per our policy, cancellations and reschedules must be done 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. Please contact your therapist for any schedule changes. Late cancellations and no-shows fees are $120. Insurance does not cover this fee.
