"I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you (Rhaea) for just short of a year. I feel I have grown tremendously and gotten out of that deep, dark hole I was in (I have you and so many others to thank for that). Thank you for hearing me out and listening to the things about me that I have never shared. Your coaching and counsel will certainly be one of my most favored moments in my healing journey.

FAQs
What is therapy like?
Therapy is a collaborative process that involves both the therapist and the individual working together to identify and address challenges. Through this process, individuals can develop new skills and coping mechanisms to navigate difficult situations, manage emotions, and improve relationships.
Therapy can also help individuals identify and address past traumas that may be impacting their current lives. By working through these experiences in a supportive and non-judgmental environment, individuals can begin to heal and move forward.
Therapy is a powerful tool for personal growth and development. It can help individuals gain clarity, achieve personal goals, and ultimately live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Many people seek coaching after or alongside therapy, as it builds upon the healing that can take place in the therapy process. Coaching and counseling are distinct approaches, each with its own focus and purpose.
Coaching centers on the present, fostering personal and professional growth through self-initiated change to help individuals shape a desired future through action-oriented strategies.
In contrast, counseling is insight-oriented, as it addresses the healing of past and present emotional pain, dysfunction, and conflict within an individual or relationships to enhance overall psychological functioning and promote more emotionally healthy ways of dealing with the present.
Though insights and strategy are parts of both counseling and coaching, they differ in emphasis. Typically, coaching emphasizes “how” to achieve personal and professional goals, while therapy focuses on the “why” of emotional and behavioral challenges.

Do you accept insurance?
Therapy is covered by insurance, coaching is not. For Therapy, we accept commercial Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Optum plans. We will check your benefits and let you know before our first session. For other insurances, you would pay the full fee at the time of service, and we are happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
How do I schedule an appointment?
To make an appointment, please email us at hello@arhaeahope.com or fill out our Contact Form, and our Administrative Assistant will contact you within 48 hours.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
You can always call your therapist to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our office policy is that all cancellations and reschedules must be 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a fee. Late cancellations and no-shows have a $100 fee that is charged to the client. Insurance cannot be charged for this fee.
